We use AUSTRALIA POST for all our orders excluding international, dangerous goods and oversized items*

What about oversized, dangerous goods and international?

For international orders, you can select your preferred shipping method during checkout. For oversized or dangerous goods, we’ll choose a reliable carrier best suited to the item type and location. Rest assured, we will never use Amarex/Fastway.

We operate primarily online, which allows us to offer a wider range of products at more competitive prices. For efficiency and cost-effectiveness, we don’t allow pickups—this daily-dispatch approach ensures every order is shipped promptly without the overhead of a large fleet of staff. Additionally, our logistical and warehouse processes make pickups more complicated, so we focus on streamlining shipping to better serve our customers.

We’re located in Geelong, Victoria 3220, which is part of Australia Post’s fast postage network. This means most packages arrive in capital cities the next day and in regional hubs typically the following day.
