We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged or faulty. In line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we have outlined our returns policy to ensure a fair and transparent process.

1. Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. However, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@campervanbuilders.com.au with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the faulty or damaged product

We will assess the issue and, if deemed faulty or damaged, will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund, as per your preference.

4. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
  • You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the product, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
