• We aim to dispatch all items the same day if the order is placed before 3:00 PM AEST, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.
• Please note that some products may have specific processing times mentioned on their respective pages due to our partnerships with top-tier brands.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Our shipping rates and delivery estimates are as follows:

Domestic (Australia):

Express Shipping:

• $0.00–$100.00 AUD: 1 to 4 business days, $15.00 AUD
• $100.00+ AUD: 1 to 4 business days, $8.00 AUD

Standard Shipping:

• $0.00–$100.00 AUD: 2 to 8 business days, $10.00 AUD
• $100.00 and up: 2 to 8 business days, Free 

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
• Reduced Express Shipping Rate on orders over $100 AUD.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to all locations within Australia.
• We have stock on hand in Australia
• International shipping is not available at this time.
