Campervan Builders
Overview
Welcome to CampervanBuilders.com.au. We aim to dispatch orders quickly and use reliable carriers to get your items to you as fast as possible. Where practical, we primarily ship orders using Australia Post Express Post, unless the item is considered big and bulky or requires alternative freight services.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same business day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, dispatch times may be delayed. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.
Some products may have longer processing times due to supplier lead times or configuration. Any such details will be clearly stated on the product page.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:
Handling time is same day.
Australia
- Metro and most locations: 1β4 business days
- Remote areas may require an additional 2 business days
New Zealand
- Estimated delivery: 2β7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or regional access.
Shipping Methods
Standard & Express Shipping (Small to Medium Items)
Australia Post Express Post is our preferred and primary shipping method.
Australia Post Standard Post may be used where selected or appropriate.
All shipments include tracking.
We do not use Aramex for shipping.
Big & Bulky Items
Items that exceed Australia Post size or weight limits will be shipped using specialised freight carriers.
Big & bulky items will be clearly identified on the product page prior to purchase
These items may incur additional freight charges
Delivery timeframes vary based on size, destination, and carrier availability
We will contact you if additional freight costs or arrangements are required prior to dispatch
Some large or bulky items are unable to be shipped internationally due to carrier restrictions and the economics of air freight. If an item in your order cannot be shipped overseas, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
International Customs & Duties
For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply are the responsibility of the purchaser. Campervan Builders is not responsible for additional fees charged by customs authorities.
Some large or bulky items are unable to be shipped internationally due to carrier restrictions and the economics of air freight. If an item in your order cannot be shipped overseas, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping method selected, and delivery location.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If Authority to Leave (ATL) is used by Australia Post or another carrier, delivery is deemed complete once the parcel is marked as delivered.
Campervan Builders does not cover loss, theft, or damage for parcels delivered under ATL
If you do not wish ATL to be used, you must contact Australia Post directly and arrange your delivery preferences before placing your order
Requests to disable ATL after dispatch cannot be guaranteed

We ship Australia-wide and New Zealand
All stock is dispatched from within Australia
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
Tracking can be viewed via the carrierβs website
Shipping Issues & Delays
While we dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to:
Carrier network congestion
Weather events or natural disasters
Peak shipping periods
Campervan Builders is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us immediately at contact@campervanbuilders.com.au
Provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging
Do not dispose of packaging until advised
Lost Shipments
If tracking has not updated or delivery has not occurred:
Please allow 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us
We will assist by lodging an investigation with the carrier where required
