At Campervan Builders, we know that being on the road or away from home can make parcel deliveries tricky. That’s why we support Australia Post’s Parcel Lockers and Post Office (Parcel Collect) services. These options give you more flexibility and security when receiving your order, perfect for van lifers, travellers, and anyone constantly on the move.

Parcel Lockers

Free, secure lockers available 24/7 at hundreds of locations across Australia.
Ideal if you’re on the road and can’t guarantee being home for a delivery.
You’ll get a unique access code by SMS or email once your order is ready.
Suits parcels up to 16 kg and max size 35 × 44 × 61 cm.
*if your order is over this size, it will just end up at the post office for collection.

How to use:

Sign up for a Parcel Locker
Enter your locker details as the shipping address.
Generally parcel locker codes goes into company name.
(We will sort it out if entered in wrong spot, no problems.)
Once delivered, you’ll get a code to unlock the locker sent to email and text.

Personal Service

Have your parcel delivered directly to a participating Post Office.
Handy if you prefer dealing face-to-face or need a bigger pickup window.
You’ll get a notification when it arrives, and you’ll have 10 business days to collect.
Suits parcels up to 22 kg and max size 105 cm.

Find an Australia Post location
Enter your post office details as the shipping address.
This is very common practice and they are used to it. Dont stress they will know to put it aside for you.
