The original Mini cable is 20AWG. This one is 16AWG, with about a 59% larger conductor diameter, for stronger power delivery and less voltage drop on longer runs.
The plug has no mould seam through the gasket area, so the seal has a clean surface to compress against. Choose 0.2m for a battery box right up to 10m for a routed install.
