Overview
Shielded, strong and refreshingly simple
The Mini drops into a rugged injection moulded base, then the CNC routed polycarbonate shield slides over the top to protect the face and sides from rocks, hail, branches and road debris.
It's an open mount, not a sealed metal box, so you avoid the trapped heat and signal problems those can have. Custom rubber-coated N50 magnets hold it on flat steel without drilling.

This mount is excellent and so versatile. I'll admit that I had preconceived trust issues with the magnets but my word are they strong!
The mount is excellent bang for buck, extremely light weight and allows for air flow from underneath either while in motion or at rest.
Could anything make it better?
I'd love to see a dark perspex shield/cover rather than clear (perhaps this is currently an option that I'm not aware of).
A darker/smoked perspex cover would draw less attention to starlink on my roof and therefore reduce the likelihood of theft.
It would also add aesthetically to have my starlink appear black and colour match my roof rack.
Overall, I recommend this mount to all - it is truly amazing.

It's for cars, caravans and touring setups where the dish cops rocks, hail and branches. The polycarbonate shield slides over the dish, the injection moulded base has no weak spots, and the N50 magnets hold it on steel. Place, attach and connect in about 30 seconds.
Field tested across Australia in real off-road conditions. These things stick like crazy.
